Getting started

What is FundMyPrediction?

FundMyPrediction is the prop firm for prediction markets. You pay a one-time fee for a challenge account loaded with our virtual bankroll, trade live prediction markets against real Polymarket prices and order books, and prove you can hit +10% inside the risk rules. Pass, and a funded account is issued automatically — you keep up to 90% of the profits you make on it, paid out in real money. Blow the account and you owe nothing: your only risk is ever the fee.

How does the evaluation work?

One phase, no resets, no monthly clock:

  • Buy a challenge — pick a bankroll from $5K to $150K.
  • Trade live markets — politics, sports, crypto, economy and more, at real prices.
  • Hit +10% while respecting the daily loss limit, max drawdown, minimum trading days and consistency rule.
  • Get funded instantly — the moment your equity crosses the target with the rules satisfied, your funded account is issued automatically. No interviews, no waiting.
Do I need prior trading experience?

No formal experience is required, but the evaluation is genuinely hard — it's designed to find people who can read the odds and manage risk. If you've never touched a prediction market, the dashboard is a great place to learn the mechanics, but expect the rules to punish gambling behaviour. Most participants do not pass, and that's the point.

What markets can I trade?

Every live market we mirror from Polymarket: politics and elections, sports, crypto, business, economy, science, tech, geopolitics and pop culture. Thousands of markets run at any given time and new ones appear daily. You trade them at the same prices and order-book depth real Polymarket traders see.

Do I need a Polymarket account, crypto or a wallet?

No, none of the three. Your challenge runs entirely inside FundMyPrediction — no Polymarket account, no crypto, no wallet, no bridging. We stream public market data in; your fills execute against our simulation of the live book. That's also why FMP works in places where trading real-money prediction markets is restricted.

Where is FundMyPrediction available?

Worldwide, with a short exclusion list. Because challenges run on virtual capital and you never wager money on outcomes, you can trade from countries where real-money prediction markets are blocked. The exceptions are jurisdictions under comprehensive sanctions and places where offering the service would be unlawful — see Legal & eligibility.

Is this gambling?

No. You never stake money on an outcome. The one-time fee pays for an evaluation of your forecasting skill on a simulated bankroll — it is not a deposit or a wager, and it never sits at risk in a market. Payouts come from our revenue as a business expense, the same way any prop firm pays its traders.

Challenges & pricing

8 answers
What sizes are available and what do they cost?
BankrollProfit targetOne-time fee
$5,000+$500$49
$10,000+$1,000$85
$25,000+$2,500$155
$50,000+$5,000$260
$100,000+$10,000$450
$150,000+$15,000$665

Every tier runs the same rules — bigger accounts just scale the dollar amounts.

Is the fee one-time or a subscription?

Strictly one-time. No subscriptions, no monthly minimums, no hidden renewals, no "reset fees" surprise-billed later. You pay once per challenge account and that's the entire cost of the attempt.

What add-ons can I buy?
Add-onWhat it doesCost
90% Profit SplitKeep 90% of funded profits instead of 80%+30% of fee
Breathing Room3% daily loss limit instead of 2%+20% of fee
Fast PassNo minimum trading days — pass the second you hit target+15% of fee
Free RetryFail once, restart the challenge once, on the house+40% of fee

Add-ons are optional, priced as a percentage of your tier's fee, and locked in at checkout.

Is there a time limit on the challenge?

No. Your challenge never expires. Take a week or take a year — the account stays open until you pass it or breach a risk rule. We will never fail you for trading too slowly.

What happens if I fail?

The account closes, and you owe nothing beyond the fee you already paid — there is no negative balance, ever. If you bought the Free Retry add-on, you can restart that same account once from your dashboard with a full bankroll. Otherwise, you can start a fresh challenge whenever you're ready.

How does the Free Retry work exactly?

After a breach, a Use retry button appears on the failed account. One click resets it to its full starting bankroll with the same rules and add-ons. It works once, only after a genuine fail, and only on the account it was bought for. Trading days and progress start over.

Can I run more than one account?

Yes — you can hold multiple challenge and funded accounts at once and flip between them with the account switcher in the dashboard. What you can't do is use multiple accounts to game the odds: mirrored or coordinated positions across accounts (yours or anyone else's) are a fair-play violation. See Fair play.

Can I upgrade my account size later?

There's no in-place upgrade — each bankroll is its own challenge. Most traders start where the fee is comfortable, pass, and buy the next size up while their funded account runs. Nothing stops you holding a $10K funded account and a $100K challenge at the same time.

03

Trading rules

10 answers
What is the profit target?

+10% of your starting bankroll, as account equity — cash plus open positions marked at the live bid. A $25K challenge passes at $27,500. The check runs continuously: the moment equity crosses the line with the minimum trading days and consistency rule satisfied, you pass automatically. Funded accounts have no profit target.

What is the daily loss limit?

Your equity may not drop more than 2% of your starting bankroll (3% with the Breathing Room add-on) below the equity you started the day with. On a $25K account that's $500 of room per day. It's measured on total equity — unrealized losses count — and a breach fails the account immediately.

When does the trading day reset?

Midnight UTC. At the reset, your daily-loss anchor snaps to your current equity and the full daily allowance is available again. The dashboard shows your live room-to-limit at all times, so you never have to do the math yourself.

What is the maximum drawdown?

A trailing floor set 3% of your starting bankroll below your highest end-of-day equity. It ratchets up as you make money and never comes back down: peak at $26,000 on a $25K account and your floor sits at $25,250 for the rest of the run. Touch it and the account fails. The floor is computed from end-of-day marks, so intraday swings only matter if they're still there at the close or trip the daily limit first.

What is the minimum trading days rule?

You must place trades on at least 3 distinct days (UTC) before you can pass — hitting +10% on day one holds your pass until the day count catches up; nothing about the profit is lost while you wait. The Fast Pass add-on removes this requirement entirely. Failing has no day minimum: a rule breach ends the account whenever it happens.

What is the consistency rule?

No single market may account for more than 40% of your total profit at the moment you pass. One lucky moonshot isn't an edge — spread it across at least a few markets. If you hit +10% but one market is over the cap, the account goes on hold instead of failing: keep trading, diversify your profit, and the pass completes on its own. You cannot fail the consistency rule.

What is the entry price band?

Buys must fill between 5¢ and 95¢. This blocks the two classic ways to fake an edge: sweeping near-worthless longshots hoping one 100x's, and farming near-certain 99¢ outcomes for risk-free pennies. Anything between the bands is fair game, and you can always sell or hold existing positions to resolution regardless of price.

How do my orders fill?

Against the real Polymarket order book at the moment you trade. Your buy walks the live asks level by level — size moves your average price exactly like it would on the real venue, and there's only as much liquidity as the book actually shows. No idealized mid-price fills, no infinite depth.

Are there limits on position size or open positions?

No hard caps. Your constraints are your cash balance, the 5–95¢ entry band, the live depth of each order book — and the loss limits, which is the real governor. You can hold as many concurrent positions as you like; remember the consistency rule rewards spreading profit across markets.

What happens when a market I hold resolves?

Positions settle automatically: winning shares pay out $1 each into your cash balance, losing shares go to zero, and the result books into your P&L and equity like any other trade. You don't need to be online for settlement — resolution is handled for you, including for accounts that finished the challenge while a market was still open.

Funded accounts & payouts

9 answers
What happens when I pass?

A funded account with our money is issued automatically, the moment you qualify — fresh bankroll at your full tier size, login link sent straight to you. No interview, no KYC gate before you can keep trading, no waiting on a human. Your challenge account is preserved for your records.

How is the funded account different from the challenge?

Two changes: the profit target is gone — there's nothing left to prove — and profits become withdrawable. The risk rules stay on: same daily loss limit, same trailing max drawdown. A funded account that breaches its rules closes just like a challenge would.

What is the profit split?

You keep 80% of funded profits by default, or 90% if you bought the 90% Profit Split add-on with your challenge. The split is locked to the account at purchase and shown on your dashboard — it never changes retroactively.

How do payouts work?

From your funded dashboard, request any amount of realized profit — $10 minimum. Profit must be settled cash, so close or settle positions covering the amount first. Requests go to the risk desk for review; approved payouts pay your share (profit × your split) and the profit leaves the account. One payout request can be open at a time.

How fast are payouts processed?

Most decisions land within 24 hours of the request. Once approved, payment goes out on the rails you chose and typically arrives within a few business days depending on method. There are no payout windows or "payout days" — request whenever you're in profit.

Does withdrawing count against my drawdown?

No. When a payout is approved, your daily-loss anchor and drawdown peak are adjusted down alongside the withdrawal, so taking money out can never fail your account. Your remaining rules simply scale to the equity that's left.

Is there a payout cap or an inactivity rule?

No lifetime cap on what a funded account can earn you, and no minimum trading days between payouts. There is currently no inactivity clock either — your funded account doesn't expire for sitting out a slow news week. If that ever changes it will be announced in advance and never applied retroactively.

Do I need to verify my identity?

Not to trade. Before your first payout we run a standard one-time identity check — it protects the prize pool from multi-accounting and fraud, and it's the only KYC in the entire flow. Subsequent payouts skip it.

What is the biggest funded account I can get?

$150,000 is the largest single allocation today — pass The House challenge and that's your bankroll. You can hold multiple funded accounts of different sizes at once, subject to the fair-play rules on correlated positions.

05

Markets & platform

6 answers
Where do prices come from?

Live from Polymarket's public market data — the same prices, order books, charts and volume every real trader sees, streamed into your dashboard. Market resolution follows the venue's official outcome. FundMyPrediction is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Polymarket; we reference their public data to make the simulation honest.

Is my money ever in a market?

Never. Challenge and funded accounts run on virtual capital in a simulated environment — no order you place touches a live venue, and no deposit of yours ever sits in a market. What's real: the market data your skill is measured against, and the payouts you earn.

What does the trading dashboard include?

A full trading floor: live market browser with categories and search, breaking-news feed, price history charts, order books, a whale-watch feed of big live trades across Polymarket, position management with partial closes, equity curve, rule tracker showing your live room on every limit, and the account switcher. Plus your affiliate dashboard built in.

Can I trade on mobile?

Yes — the dashboard is fully responsive with a mobile trade drawer, and works in any modern browser on iOS and Android. No app install needed.

What happens if the data feed hiccups?

Fills only execute against a live book, so a feed outage can't fill you at phantom prices — orders simply wait. Rule checks use the last good marks and re-evaluate when data resumes. We'll never fail an account off a bad print, and settlement always follows the venue's official resolution.

Which categories are the most traded?

Politics and elections lead, with sports and crypto close behind — but edges live everywhere. Economy prints, geopolitics, tech launches, even pop culture markets move enough to matter, and less crowded categories often price lazily. The consistency rule nudges you to hunt in more than one aisle anyway.

06

Fair play & prohibited strategies

7 answers
What strategies are prohibited?

Anything that fakes an edge instead of proving one:

  • Copy trading — mirroring positions across accounts, yours or anyone else's.
  • Group hedging — coordinating opposite sides of the same market across accounts to guarantee one passes.
  • Exploiting stale data — latency sniping, feed-lag arbitrage, or abusing a mispriced settlement.
  • All-in gambling — the price band, consistency rule and loss limits exist precisely to filter this.
  • Any exploit of a platform bug — report it instead; we've paid bounties for good finds.
Is bot or automated trading allowed?

No. Challenges evaluate a human's judgment, so orders must be placed by you, by hand. Scripts, headless browsers, auto-clickers and API automation are all prohibited, and passing an evaluation with automation voids it.

Can I use alerts, signals or research tools?

Yes. News alerts, price alerts, models, spreadsheets, Discord signal groups, AI research — all fine. The line is execution: tools may inform your decision, but a human must make it and click the button. If a service places trades for you, it's a bot.

How do you detect cheating?

The risk desk reviews every account continuously and before every payout: cross-account position overlap, order timing patterns, fill exploitation and automation signatures. Detection compares what you traded, not just when — spreading copied trades across days doesn't hide them. Reviews are run by humans with full trade-by-trade history.

What are the consequences of a violation?

Proportional but firm: results achieved through prohibited conduct are voided, involved accounts are closed, and serious or repeated abuse (including payout fraud) means a permanent ban. We don't claw back fees for honest rule breaches — failing a challenge fairly is just failing; cheating is different.

Can two people in my household both trade?

Yes — skill is personal, and roommates aren't a crime. What triggers review is when separate accounts trade like one wallet: same markets, same sides, same sizes, complementary hedges. Trade independently and you'll never hear from us.

Can I hedge within my own account?

Yes. Holding Yes in one market and No in a related one, taking both sides at different prices, fading your own earlier entry — all legitimate risk management inside a single account. The prohibition is on hedging across accounts to launder risk the rules are supposed to measure.

07

Payments & billing

6 answers
What payment methods do you accept?

At launch: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and crypto — Bitcoin, Ethereum and USDT. Method availability can vary slightly by country; whatever appears at checkout for you is live.

Are there recurring charges?

None. The challenge fee is the only charge, it happens once, at checkout, with the total shown before you pay. We never store-and-rebill, and there is nothing to cancel.

Is the fee refundable?

Once you've placed your first prediction on an account, the fee is earned and non-refundable — the evaluation you paid for is underway. Bought an account and haven't traded on it? Contact [email protected] and we'll sort you out.

What if I file a chargeback?

Talk to us first — almost every billing issue is fixable in one email. A chargeback filed instead of a support ticket freezes all linked accounts while it's investigated, and a fraudulent one permanently closes them. It's the nuclear option; you rarely need it with a support desk that answers.

How are payouts actually paid?

Trader profit shares and affiliate commissions ride the same payment rails, with bank transfer and crypto (BTC/ETH/USDT) options at launch. You pick a method per payout; processing details and any network fees are shown before you confirm.

Can I pay with someone else's card?

No — the cardholder and the account holder must match. It protects you (your payouts KYC to your identity) and us (fraud). Gift a challenge by sending the fee to the person instead, and let them buy it under their own name.

08

Affiliate program

7 answers
How does the affiliate program work?

Every user has an Affiliates tab in their trader dashboard with a personal referral link and coupon code. Share either; when someone buys a challenge through them, you earn a commission on the fee. Clicks, conversions and earnings track live on the tab. Full details on the affiliate page.

What are the commission rates?
TierTotal referralsCommission
Tier 10+15%
Tier 2100+20%
Tier 3250+25%
Tier 4 · Master1,000+ / invite30%

Tiers unlock on lifetime referrals and never reset. Masters also earn a +5% override on sales made by affiliates they recruit — one layer deep, paid by us, never deducted from the recruit.

How does my coupon code work?

Your code gives buyers 10% off any challenge and credits the sale to you even if they never clicked your link — the code itself is attribution. Bigger discounts can be arranged for creators and partners. Codes are customizable; contact support to change yours.

How is tracking attributed?

First click wins, for 30 days, via your referral link. A coupon code entered at checkout beats the cookie — it's the strongest signal of who sent the buyer. Self-referrals are void, in both directions: your code doesn't work on your own purchases.

How and when do affiliates get paid?

Monthly, once your balance clears $50, requested from your dashboard and paid on the same rails as trader payouts. Commissions accrue on completed, non-refunded challenge fees only.

What are Master affiliates?

The top bench: a flat 30% commission, a +5% override on every sale by affiliates they recruited, a dedicated partner manager and a $2,500 milestone bonus. Reach 1,000 referrals or get invited at Tier 3. Masters recruit through a second link — anyone whose first purchase comes through it becomes their recruit.

I'm a creator — can I skip the ladder?

Yes. Email [email protected] with your socials or your current affiliate stats and we'll match the deal you're on elsewhere — custom rates, bigger coupon discounts and giveaway budgets included.

No rules match that search. Try a different word — or ask us directly at [email protected].

Still have a question?

A human answers every message — usually within 24 hours. If it's about a rule, we'll answer it and add it to this page.
